How do we get to therapeutic activism, avoiding normative conceptions of neutrality and spiritual by-passing? This workshop will consider how we meet diverse realities in the therapeutic space engaging in these with our hearts as well as acceptance of the complex politics.

The book we are reading for next months session is : The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk so the topic will be around trauma. Please don’t feel under pressure to have to complete the entire book by the session, you can bring parts that you enjoyed or were meaningful to you!
