Counsellors

Islamic Counselling and related Services across the U.K are not emergency services, so in an emergency, please contact your G.P., Accident and Emergency or The Samaritans, who offer a 24 hour service.

Islamic Counselling Services

How to explain counselling? Like so many things – the best way to know it is to actually experience a session.

Please try it…if in any way you feel that you want to improve your life. Islamic Counsellors are trained to be there for you, to support you to get through whatever it is, big or small.

It’s based on a trusting relationship that comes from the heart – from wanting and hoping that we find the best way forward for you. We don’t give Islamic advice but help you to find your own inner resources.

The Muslim Women and Families Helpline

Possibly the first Islamic Counselling Service in the U.K., offering a limited hours advice, support and counselling service. The Helpline has trained volunteers in Islamic Counselling and is a free service.
