The book club is an relaxed space where we can discuss books and Islamic Counselling!

The book we are reading for next months session is : The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk so the topic will be around trauma. Please don’t feel under pressure to have to complete the entire book by the session, you can bring parts that you enjoyed or were meaningful to you!
